She was polite and completed everything we asked of her Do not appreciate Homaglow very much. My 1st cleaner did not show. I didn’t confirm a second person. They were good enough to send a second person the next day but charged me double. I guess I shouldn’t mind I did get my house cleaned

She great. it’s nice having the same person come to clean your house so they get used to the routine and what needs to be done instead of constantly instead of having to show people what to do every single time. Alex does a great job and is very pleasant each and every time.

Cleaning was okay. Four hours were booked for a two-hour space, but it wasn't spotless when the four hours was up. Unsure if notes given ahead of time were looked at.

Devin was great! She listened to any input I had on what needed to be done but was able to be very independent and used her intuition to decide the cleaning priorities while I was busy working in my office. She even caught up on our dishes without me asking! Looking forward to booking with her again :)

Shannise was very nice. My wife was not satified due to lots of residuals on tables and counters from being wiped down. We also had a miscommunication on what to clean upstairs. She was 90 minutes late and we had to leave so some of the upstairs rooms couldn't get cleaned. My wife finished. I am sure Shannise would have done an excellent job if she had time.
