The service was excellent, but I don't understand why your rate doubled in the span of 2 weeks, so I'm paying double what I expected to pay, without any warning. Not cool. Tried to text you, got no reply. Tried to leave a voicemail, but mailbox was full.

Brianna is always, polite, courteous, very trustworthy and extremely compassionate. She is always a pleasure to have in my home.

Out of the 3.5 hours they came in and barely cleaned anything. When they moved something it was not put back and nothing was wiped down or dusted. No vacuuming or mopping. I walked in on them on my couch scrolling through their phone.
