I felt she missed areas. Like on counters not moving items to wipe down underneath. Also needs to use granite cleaner for it to shine. It left a residue and i had to wipe them down. She missed 2 rooms that needed to be vacuumed. Otherwise she had a pleasant personality .

It was an extremely hot day of course due to Covid-19 masks, etc. She moved quickly and efficiently all things considered. I gave her a cash tip.

Erica was great, though she missed a few things. The far bathroom wasn’t cleaned and the tv stand wasn’t dusted. She did clean some unexpected things too like the inside of the stove.
