She was over an hour late but is a fast cleaner. Not top quality shelves were missed. I felt guilty asking for her to include what was listed. She cleaned only 2.5 hours & seemed to want to leave.

She is a sweet lady, but she lacks good cleaning techniques. My counters were still sticky after her cleaning. My floor in the kitchen was also sticky. She didn't make my bed. Sorry, but I would not want her again
