Drew got stuck in traffic, but she sent a text to advise me of her status. She wasn't that late. She did an excellent job, and even doing more than what was requested.

Leslie comes prepared and is consistent. I have four kids , three bedrooms, two bathrooms and Leslie cleans the kitchen , bathrooms , living room and cleans all the floors in 4 hours or less.

Everything was great and very well cleaned! It would've been 5 stars if she wasn't an hour late. I was also disappointed that the bathroom/kitchen rugs weren't vacuumed at all, but instead were rolled up & set aside dirty during mopping and left like that.

Ashay was great! He called and spoke to me directly before today’s cleaning. I was having a difficult time scheduling, after 2 others took my job then wanted a diff time. He was punctual, clear and even asked me to check the bathroom after he cleaned it, in case I wanted something more done. A+

Oscar was thorough in cleaning the kitchen and living room. But the bathrooms were not as clean. Also, the bathroom sink is draining slowly cos of the stuck drain cap after he cleaned. I'm not able to fix it myself. The towel rack was also damaged.

She cleans great but will get off task and concentrate a lot, leading to her staying later to finish. She always finishes and does good work but it’s difficult with scheduling.

Jenny did a great job. The areas that she cleaned haven't experienced that much attention in a long time. It's so good to find someone who is willing to do more than the bare minimum. At age 75, I just can't get down to do the kind of cleaning that I used to, and Jenny took care of all of that for me. I look forward to having lots of her help in the future.

Gladis did wonderful job to clean our two bathrooms, particularly underneath of toilets. She did clean the inside of microwave oven and all the floors.
