Marcus is detailed and doesnt miss a spot, he often has a helper with him too, which makes things go a bit faster (so dont fret on time) When I can find a day we can be gone for a full 8 hours I will have him deep clean too :) No complaints from us.

First let me say, I am quite pleased with Damian work ethic. He was on time for scheduled cleaning, which was a plus for me with previous experience. He completed the work 30 mins earlier, which is a 1st most cleaners asked for additional time. Every room was done as requested, show professionalism and paid attention to details. I would definitely recommend .

Did a good job on floors and bathroom. Missed the microwave and the oil on the cabinets above microwave as well as kitchen countertops and drawers.

Did not dust furniture in master bedroom. Also did not clean tile floor in master bath. Missed several soiled spots on kitchen countertops. Did a very good job cleaning the laminate floors.

Shaugnessy listened to the areas I called out for the most part. A few specific areas were left seemingly untouched (main shower, fridge). I had some areas that were exceptionally dirty and she did a great job at cleaning those (toilets)!

Charles was on time, efficient, and personable. However he did not have any cleaning products and wasn’t able to complete the requested services in three hours. I would like to have him back if he could complete the tasks in 3 hours and have his own materials. Thank you.
